Adam S. Long, Partner

Adam’s practice focuses on utility regulation and economic development. Adam represents privately- and publicly-owned utilities and community reinvestment agencies (also known as “redevelopment agencies”) throughout Utah. Adam is primary legal counsel for a number of utilities and redevelopment agencies and assists these clients with the full spectrum of legal issues. Adam regularly presents on redevelopment issues and has presented to a number of city councils, county commissions, and other groups. Adam also represents landowners, developers, and several local districts. Prior to attending law school at Duke University, Adam was a certified public accountant and worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided audit and consulting services to large public corporations and federal government agencies. Adam received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accountancy from Brigham Young University.
