Jeffry R. Gittins presented at the Utah Water Law & Policy Seminar held in St. George. Mr. Gittins provided the seminar attendees with an update on recent federal and state judicial decisions affecting water right owners, as well as an update on water-related bills that passed and did not pass during the 2019 session of the Utah Legislature.
