Nathan Bracken

Nathan joined Smith Hartvigsen as of counsel in 2015. Previously, he served as the assistant director and general counsel for the Western States Water Council, where he represented state engineers and water quality administrators from Utah and seventeen other western states. He has experience in water rights, water quality, energy, public policy, and government relations.

Adam S. Long
