Attorney Clayton Preece presented at the Boundary and Land Use Legal Toolkit seminar in Salt Lake City. Clayton discussed how easements are created, enforced and terminated, as well as common legal actions involving property, including adverse possession, quiet title, and boundary by acquiescence.
