Two Smith Hartvigsen attorneys presented at the 2021 annual conference of the Rural Water Association of Utah. Craig Smith presented the nature of property interests in Utah water rights; and David Hartvigsen provided an update on water-related bills that were considered at the 2021 legislative session.
