Three Smith Hartvigsen attorneys presented at the Utah Water Laws and Regulations Seminar sponsored by HalfMoon Education. Jeff Gittins provided an update on new statutes and caselaw affecting Utah water users; Craig Smith provided a primer on Utah laws regarding easements for canals, ditches, and pipelines; and Nathan Bracken was a panel member for a discussion about water banking efforts in Utah.
