Each year, a select group of Utah attorneys are chosen as Super Lawyers and Rising Stars by Mountain States Super Lawyers Magazine. Smith Hartvigsen is proud to announce that J. Craig Smith, David B. Hartvigsen, Kathryn J. Steffey, and Jeffry R. Gittins have been selected as Super Lawyers for 2021, and Clayton H. Preece has been selected as a Rising Stars for 2021. Mr. Smith, Mr. Hartvigsen, and Mr. Gittins were recognized for their work in Energy and Natural Resources Law; Ms. Steffey was recognized for her work in Business Litigation; and Mr. Preece was recognized for his work in Civil Litigation. These selections are based off of an evaluation of 12 indicators including peer recognition and professional achievement in legal practice.
