Jennie B. Garner, Of Counsel

Jennie B. Garner is a business lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in commercial litigation, including securities and derivative litigation, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and real estate matters. Jennie also advises companies and individuals in business entity matters, employment issues, and real property acquisitions. She has represented clients in state and federal courts in Utah, Idaho, and California, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court, as well as before the Utah Public Service Commission, the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, and the Utah Antidiscrimination and Labor Division. Prior to joining SMITH HARTVIGSEN, Jennie was a commercial litigator for Dorsey & Whitney LLP, an international business law firm.
